Argon Helpstaff Possibly To Te Revived
  Twohart, local Kamiwerewolf is in the process of organizing and taking applications for the revival of the Helpstaff Service. After a hiatus of almost a year, Twohart has suggested to the Wizstaff that with all the new players we have, it might be helpful to folks who are unfamiliar with SpinDizzy, or mucking in general to have folks they can call upon when needed.   This service, consisting of a group of regular player volunteers, offers assistance to folks in areas that don't always require Wizstaff abilities.  Building, MPI, MUF, Player Relations and such are all aspects of the muck that Helpstaffers are qualified to assist with. Although no one Helpstaffer will know all about every aspect of Helpstaff responsibilities, they can usually find someone who knows what they don't.  And if they can't solve a problem, get the answer or resolve an issue, or find someone who can, a Wiz can be consulted. Although no official action has been taken, Twohart is asking folks who are interested in being on the Helpstaff to contact him.  Just send a qmail or page #mail to him and ask to be put on the list for consideration.  The Wizstaff will consider the proposal, and if they find the idea valid will let us know.

So, if you feel you can be helpful, contact Twohart, and perhaps you can join the Helpstaff!
Argon RP Meeting
  I missed attending Morticon's Role Play Meeting Friday due to Road Runner (My cable modem connection) being down, so I can only relate second hand news about it.  The attendees appeared to be folks that already enjoy RP, although a few 'newbies' were in attendance.  The entire log of the meeting is posted at:   http://www.ao.net/~rocko/ferret/rp_meet1.txt  Read it if you were unable to attend and draw your own conclusions.

Drake thinks for a few minutes. "Well, I was on the trail of Interstellar Master Traders, Argon, and I detected a large spindizzy field and ... oh heck. I read the want ads, and there it was. :)"

@Action News Info Guidelines and Procedures for Submitting Articles
  Submitting a story or artwork for @Action News is easy!  Just send it to newspaper@spindizzy.org, or qmail or page Argon about it.

Most any type of story or article will be accepted.  Generally, we'd prefer things that aren't out and out lies or flames about other folks, and have a basis in the reality of SpinDizzy. Things that occur in public areas are fair game. The things reported don't have to have actually happened, (Any more than anything that happens here does.) but make sure you don't overstep the social boundaries and rules of interaction that we have.  These are pretty broad guidelines, but we expect good sense to apply.
