A Question To Readers Of @Action News
My view concerning of the responsibilities of Wizstaff in certain situations are well known. I can understand how others can feel differently. I don't consider them completely wrong by having their views, but I get the feeling I am considered so by virtue of mine.
Some folks feel I am doing more harm to SpinDizzy than good by publishing the paper. I feel that the paper is a good thing. It allows folks who don't connect every day to see what's happened here, and allows those who write or draw or have some creative talent, an outlet in which it can be displayed. Although the fact that I have to beg and prod folks to encourage them to contribute is discouraging, I feel that it's worth it in having the paper come out each week giving an impression of community and activity here. Believe it or not, I have had folks tell me they enjoy the paper.
So, the question is, should I continue publishing this paper, or should I (like so many others) just give it up and hope that things will spontaneously occur and take off on their own? Is @Action News helping or hurting SpinDizzy?
Let me know by a post on the board, page #mail, or e-mail to argon@spindizzy.org The future of the paper is in your hands.
Thanks,
Argon
Correction
In the previous two issues, @Action News has misquoted Ping, local Mouse concerning Skyler's candidacy for office and the Art Ambush event.
The announcement that Skyler was running in the election was made in error. Skyler is not a candidate.
Quotes attributed to Ping and printed in this newspaper were paraphrases of @Action News' impressions of his comments concerning a potential revival of the Art Ambush event. These were later found to be inaccurate.
@Action News regrets the errors and apologizes for any inconvenience they may have caused.
SED Suspected In Ottrix Centre Kidnapping
Contributed To @Action News By Skipai
Local law enforcers in the area had been notified but to a extent didn't find anything until 2 days later when both Skipai and Relwof were found safe and well... Since then the centre has been opened but Skipai refused to confirm if SED were actually involved and made no further comment no matter how hard the topic was pushed. He did state though that even though the centre had been opened a more formal opening would occur soon. When pressed again about whether or not it was a attempt on SED to prevent such a store from opening and making maybe the otter run business very profitable. Skipai turned around and chirrped. "At of this time I cannot say if they were or weren't involved as I haven't decided on whether or not I should disclose this information.
